The international group Antalis has acquired 100% of the capital of the Modena-based company Tecnoprimaf, specialized in the design and production of industrial packaging solutions. With a consolidated turnover of 26 million euros in 2023 and 80 employees, Tecnoprimaf operates in 5 sites in Modena. The sellers, the Amadori family, will maintain key roles in the project's dynamics. Thanks to this acquisition, Antalis becomes a leader in tailored packaging solutions for the Italian market, while Tecnoprimaf enters an international entrepreneurial context. Despite the difficult year due to the pandemic that hit the whole world, Tecnoprimaf confirms its growth also in 2020-2021.

The acquisition of a new headquarters in via della Meccanica 5/7 was finalized in February 2021 for another 3,000 square meters (Plant #5) for packaging and logistics, bringing the covered area to 10,000 square meters on a total of over 20,000 square meters.

In addition, the share capital rises to € 500.000, a further sign of corporate solidity towards its customers and suppliers.
